Critical Resources Advances Lithium Exploration at Mavis Lake, Ontario
Critical Resources has confirmed lithium-caesium-tantalum pegmatites at its Mavis Lake project, Ontario. The findings from 106 rock samples indicate fertile lithium targets, supporting a potential JORC-compliant resource of 18-29 million tonnes.

Recent geochemical analysis at Critical Resources' Mavis Lake project has confirmed the presence of lithium-caesium-tantalum pegmatites, indicating strong exploration potential. The analysis of 106 rock samples revealed potassium-to-rubidium ratios as low as 17.4 and high pathfinder element concentrations, including up to 5510 ppm rubidium.
Six new pegmatite bodies have been identified, all located within four kilometers of an existing resource of eight million tonnes at 1.07% lithium oxide. Following these results, the company plans to integrate the data into its geological framework to prioritize future drilling.
Critical also holds additional assets in New South Wales and New Zealand, indicating a diversified exploration strategy. The focus on Mavis Lake aligns with its goal of expanding its resource base and validating exploration strategies.
