Croisette has advised Ångmaskinen Fastigheter in leasing an industrial property in Arlandastad, located at Generatorgatan 8, comprising 688 square meters of space, fully leased to Crestchic Nordic. Following Ångmaskinen's acquisition of the property, Croisette collaborated closely to identify a suitable long-term tenant, resulting in the agreement with Crestchic Nordic.

The location and building features were ideal for Crestchic’s operations, providing good amenities, flexible yard space, expansion capability, and excellent transport access, aligning with their data center market. The property will be accessible in April 2026.
