Crow Holdings announced a 245MW data center campus in central Dallas to serve hyperscale and AI users. The initial 70MW building, developed with CleanArc Data Centers, is expected to be delivered in late 2027.

The project is supported by a dedicated substation and is part of a broader strategy evaluating over 3GW of potential data center capacity across the U.S. Crow Holdings aims to mitigate risks by catering to both large and small users, leveraging low buildout costs from long-term land ownership.
