Crow Holdings Announces 245MW Data Center Campus in Central Dallas
Crow Holdings has announced the development of a 245MW data center campus in central Dallas, targeting hyperscale and AI users. The first phase, a 70MW building in collaboration with CleanArc Data Centers, is anticipated to be completed by late 2027 and will be supported by a dedicated substation. This initiative is part of a larger strategy exploring over 3GW of potential data center capacity across the U.S., aiming to serve both large and small users while minimizing risks through long-term land ownership.
