Côte d'Ivoire's Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara, visited the ST Digital data center in Grand-Bassam on February 12, 2026. This visit was part of his tour of departmental structures that began on February 11, 2026.

The data center spans 4,000 m² with a redundant electrical circuit and network, ensuring 99.98% availability for high-volume data hosting. Prior to this visit, Ouattara toured the National Computer Development Company (SNDI) and the National Telecommunications/TIC Universal Service Agency (ANSUT), where he highlighted the importance of synergy and efforts to reduce the digital divide.
