CURA and TITAN Group Partner for Low-Carbon Cement Innovation
CURA Climate Inc. and TITAN Group have signed an MOU to test electrochemical limestone splitting technology for low-carbon cement production. This partnership aims to validate CURA's technology and explore its deployment in TITAN's global operations.

CURA Climate Inc. and TITAN Group have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to evaluate CURA's electrochemical limestone-splitting technology. The initial phase will consist of laboratory testing of CURA's materials, followed by assessments for potential pilot deployment in TITAN's operations.
CURA's technology aims to achieve an 85% reduction in emissions compared to conventional clinker production by using electricity for limestone processing. This collaboration aligns with TITAN’s strategic growth plan, 'TITAN Forward 2029,' focusing on sustainable building materials. Successful implementation could significantly impact the cement industry’s decarbonization efforts.
