D3 Energy Secures New Helium Exploration Permit in South Africa

HYDROGEN

D3 Energy has received a new technical cooperation permit (TCP273) in South Africa, covering 82,777 acres and adjacent to its current exploration areas. This expands its total exploration footprint in the Free State Province to 478,699 acres.

The permit allows for further geological and geophysical studies over the next year, building on prior successful drilling in the region. D3 Energy aims to apply for full Exploration Rights after these studies. The new permit follows the recent acquisition of two hydrogen exploration permits in South Australia, enhancing the company's global portfolio.
