Danfoss Launches CoolTrain™ for Efficient Data Center Liquid Cooling Solutions
Danfoss has introduced the CoolTrain™, a modular, pre-engineered valve train subsystem aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and minimizing deployment risks in direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems. By transitioning from manual assembly to a factory-tested plug-and-play solution, the CoolTrain™ reduces installation time significantly and addresses common inefficiencies such as hydronic imbalance and leak risks. The system is equipped with advanced technologies for optimal performance and is now available for data center projects.

Danfoss has launched the CoolTrain™, a modular valve train subsystem designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce risks in liquid cooling for data centers. This plug-and-play solution eliminates the slow, error-prone on-site assembly process, decreasing installation time from hours to minutes.
The CoolTrain™ is factory-tested, pressure-sealed, and pre-filled with coolant, ensuring reliability and safety. It features advanced technologies, including a Pressure Independent Control Valve for dynamic balancing and an optional digital actuator for real-time monitoring. The CoolTrain™ is now ready for specification in data center projects.
