SIA Datakom is expanding its supercomputer cluster business in the Baltics and Europe under the new brand 'AI Datacenter Engineers'. The company plans to offer installation and customization of supercomputer clusters for businesses, having already sold clusters to two clients in Latvia, with interest from research institutions.

These solutions are applicable in finance, science, medicine, public administration, architecture, education, and commerce. Datakom has invested several hundred thousand euros, with significant time spent on research.

The supercomputer's primary function is to support private AI model operations, handling tasks from language model adaptation to sensitive data analytics without public cloud services. The cluster achieves two petaflops, capable of performing two quadrillion calculations per second. In 2024, Datakom reported revenues of €21.778 million, a 1.7 times increase from the previous year, with a profit rise of 49.1% to €1.353 million.
