Datavault AI to Launch $1B Tokenization for Project Qestrel Edge AI Network
Datavault AI Inc. plans to tokenize Project Qestrel, a network of edge data centers in the U.S., aiming for over $1 billion in tokenized value. The $QEST tokens will facilitate access and usage rights, with an initial offering slated for Q3 2026.

Datavault AI Inc. will tokenize Available Infrastructure's Project Qestrel, targeting a tokenized value exceeding $1 billion. The initiative includes the issuance of $QEST tokens that provide access and usage rights across a proposed 1,000-site edge AI network, with an initial token offering aimed for the third quarter of 2026.
Project Qestrel, announced in March 2026, plans to deploy 1,000 edge data centers across over 30 U.S. states, representing nearly $5 billion in capital expenses upon full buildout. The first sites are operational, with 30 U.S. cities expected to come online by July 2026 through a partnership with Crown Castle. The program is touted as a significant advancement in the tokenization of edge AI infrastructure.
