DE-CIX Expands Connectivity in Mexico; RadiusDC Acquires phoenixNAP in US; V.tal Develops Digital Ecosystem in Colombia
DE-CIX is enhancing connectivity between the USA and Mexico, achieving 200Gbps peak traffic in Mexico City and Querétaro. RadiusDC will acquire phoenixNAP to expand its data center capacity in Phoenix, adding 26MW by 2028. V.tal plans to build a digital ecosystem in Barranquilla, Colombia, integrating multiple facilities for better connectivity. OPAL Fuels reported a $90.2 million adjusted EBITDA for 2025 and aims for growth in RNG production. Carel Industries recorded a 16.9% growth in Q4 2025 and plans a new manufacturing plant in North America.

DE-CIX has reached 200Gbps of peak traffic across five data centers in Mexico City and Querétaro, enhancing connectivity between the USA and Mexico after entering the Mexican IX market in late 2023. RadiusDC has acquired phoenixNAP's data center business in the southwestern US, planning to expand capacity to 26MW by 2028.
V.tal is creating a digital ecosystem in Barranquilla, Colombia, combining facilities for improved data exchange. OPAL Fuels reported a $90.2 million adjusted EBITDA for 2025, with a 28% increase in RNG production. Carel Industries posted a 16.9% increase in Q4 2025 and plans a third manufacturing plant in North America by 2027.
