Deendayal Port Authority Signs MoU for Kutch Green Hydrogen Park in India
The Deendayal Port Authority has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Green-Kutch NextGen to establish the Kutch Green Hydrogen Park in Gujarat, aiming to harness local renewable energy for green hydrogen and ammonia production. This initiative supports India's National Green Hydrogen Mission but faces challenges such as water availability for electrolysis and community engagement. Additionally, a Danish delegation visited the port to discuss strategies for achieving zero carbon emissions and promoting sustainable development.
