DeepOcean has finalized trenching and survey operations for inter-array cables at a U.S. offshore wind project. This work involved trenching and surveying the cables that link turbines to offshore substations, ensuring the stability and protection of the subsea infrastructure.

The contract was awarded by an engineering, procurement, construction, and installation provider in the offshore wind sector. DeepOcean utilized a trenching support vessel and the UT-1 subsea jet trenching tool, recognized as the most powerful free-flying jet trencher globally. This project highlights DeepOcean's capabilities in subsea services, aiming to optimize cable protection, reduce costs, and mitigate risks for contractors and clients.
