DeepOcean to Install Cables at TPC Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan
DeepOcean has been awarded a contract for inter-array cable installation at the TPC-II offshore wind farm in Taiwan, slated for completion in 2026. This project will enhance Taiwan's renewable energy capacity, crucial for achieving regional energy goals.

DeepOcean has secured a contract for the installation of inter-array cables at the TPC offshore wind farm phase 2 (TPC-II) in Taiwan, which has a capacity of 295 MW. The project involves connecting 31 turbines to offshore substations using a 66 kV cable network and will be managed by DeepOcean's offshore renewables team with support from cable installation specialists in Europe.
Work will commence immediately and is expected to conclude in 2026. The subsea vessel Orient Adventurer will be utilized, featuring upgraded remotely operated vehicles and a cable lay system. This development underscores the growing commitment to offshore wind energy in the Asia-Pacific region.
