Delta Electronics Inc reported record revenue of NT$161.61 billion (US$5.11 billion) for the last quarter, up 7.6% from the previous quarter and 41.51% year-on-year. AI-related power supply units accounted for 23% of total revenue, with PSUs for AI servers making up 50% of total server PSU revenue.

Delta's annual revenue reached NT$554.89 billion, a 31.76% increase year-on-year. The company expects AI data center products to drive revenue growth, focusing on advanced power solutions and heat-dissipation products.

Delta is developing high-voltage power supply products for cloud service providers, with mass production expected in the second half of this year. Facilities in Taiwan, Thailand, and the US are operating at full capacity, with plans to expand in Thailand.
