DEME Reports 52% EBITDA Increase to €655 Million in 2025 with Strong Offshore Wind Performance

DEME's Offshore Energy division reported a 52% increase in EBITDA to €655 million for 2025. Turnover for the offshore wind unit was €2.13 billion, a 4% rise from 2024, while EBIT surged 54% to €398.3 million.

The order book totaled €4.24 billion, bolstered by contracts such as Formosa 4 in Taiwan and Nordseecluster B in Germany. Fleet utilization stood at 85%. Notable achievements included the installation of 176 monopiles at Dominion Energy's Coastal Virginia project, with completion expected in mid-2026.

At Vineyard Wind, turbine installations are underway, alongside cable work for Empire Wind 1, both set for completion in early 2026. In APAC, jacket foundations at Hai Long were installed, with turbine work ongoing.

DEME also completed offshore substation works in Europe and advanced multiple projects in the UK. The acquisition of Havfram added new vessels to the fleet, enhancing capabilities for future projects.
