Depot Connect International Sells Industrial and Rail Services to Clean Harbors for $130 Million
Depot Connect International (DCI) has entered an agreement to sell its Industrial and Rail Services business to Clean Harbors for approximately $130 million. The sale includes five locations in Ohio, Louisiana, and Texas and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. This divestiture aligns with DCI's strategy to focus on core operations and enhance its depot network. DCI will continue collaborating with Clean Harbors in key facilities for cleaning and maintenance services.

Depot Connect International (DCI) is selling its Industrial Services and Rail Services business to Clean Harbors for about $130 million. The transaction encompasses five locations in Ohio, Louisiana, and Texas, anticipated to close in the first half of 2026.
This divestiture is part of DCI's strategy to concentrate on its primary business, allowing reinvestment in core functions. Following the sale, DCI will maintain a collaborative relationship with Clean Harbors, co-locating at facilities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Pasadena, Texas, providing tank trailer cleaning services. Both companies will continue their partnership in transportation and wastewater treatment services.
