The project will feature a 120-megawatt data center and 214,500 square feet of Class A office space, with collaboration from firms including Contour, TerraWatt, and ARCO Construction.

The project includes a 120-megawatt data center at 3728 Market St. and 214,500 square feet of Class A office space at 3660 Market St. The development team consists of Contour, TerraWatt, THO Investments, Steadfast City Economic & Community Partners, ARCO Construction, and Lewis Rice.
