Developers announced plans for a $3 billion mixed-use technology district centered around the Armory building in St. Louis. The project includes a 120-megawatt data center at 3728 Market St. and 214,500 square feet of Class A office space at 3660 Market St. The development team consists of Contour, TerraWatt, THO Investments, Steadfast City Economic & Community Partners, ARCO Construction, and Lewis Rice.
