Wallace Jackson, LLC is the applicant for the project, which spans 189 acres and aims to provide up to 4.986 million sq ft across ten buildings, with full build-out expected by 2035.
The landowner is Doug Adams of Havenwood Holdings. The application seeks rezoning from C-2 to C-1C and a variance for data centers on properties at 5745 and 5841 Jackson Road. Previously, two data center campuses totaling 3.9 million sq ft were approved in the area. Atlanta's data center market has grown rapidly, with numerous applications for large-scale developments submitted in recent years.
