DexTeleop and JD.com Forge Partnership for Embodied AI Deployment
DexTeleop and JD.com have entered a strategic partnership to enhance the deployment of embodied AI in live environments. The collaboration aims to accelerate product development, marketing strategies, and infrastructure improvements in robotics.

On August 12, DexTeleop and JD.com formalized a strategic partnership in Beijing, focusing on joint product development, technical synergy, and market expansion. DexTeleop is positioned as the first company to implement large-scale embodied intelligence in real-world environments, with its TA-series robots now operational at JD's Seven Fresh supermarket in Taiyuan.
These robots are tasked with food delivery, shelf restocking, and customer guidance. Following this initial deployment, further units will be introduced in Beijing and Tianjin. The partnership also includes a multi-channel marketing strategy and access to JD's RoboBase for industrial development, enhancing innovation capabilities. This collaboration marks a pivotal shift towards the commercialization of robotics in various sectors.
