Dexus has strengthened its real assets platform by appointing Sally Box as head of growth market funds, responsible for the Dexus Community Infrastructure Fund and separately managed accounts. The fund includes assets like Macarthur Wind Farm and the Victorian Desalination Plant.

Box has over two decades of investment experience, previously serving as head of Asia Pacific at Cabot Properties and holding senior positions at Macquarie Capital and QIC Infrastructure. Dexus manages a portfolio valued at approximately $57.1 billion.
