DG Matrix has closed a $60 million Series A funding round led by Engine Ventures, bringing total capital raised to over $100 million. The funding will enable the company to scale production and commercial deployments of its solid-state transformer solutions, which are designed to meet the increasing electricity demand from AI data centers. Key investors include Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and ABB. The capital will support growth in manufacturing, partnerships, and certifications, positioning DG Matrix at the forefront of cleantech innovation.
