Digi Power X Inc. has launched the next phase of US Data Centers, Inc. (USDC), co-founded by Hans Vestberg, who will act as Co-Founder and Senior Advisor. USDC aims to develop modular Tier III AI data centers through an independent capital raise, valued at approximately US$10 million.

The ARMS™ platform is designed for rapid deployment to meet increasing AI compute demands, supporting advanced GPU clusters for large-scale workloads. Digi Power X maintains a majority stake in USDC, which seeks to generate revenue through infrastructure manufacturing and deployment for various customers. The initiative is positioned to capture growth in the expanding AI infrastructure market.
