Digi Power X and Hans Vestberg Launch US Data Centers for Modular AI Infrastructure
Digi Power X Inc. announced the launch of the next phase of US Data Centers, Inc. (USDC), co-founded by Hans Vestberg. The initiative focuses on developing modular Tier III AI data centers through private capital raising, with a valuation of approximately US$10 million. Vestberg will serve as Co-Founder and Senior Advisor. The ARMS™ platform aims to address the growing demand for AI compute capacity, allowing for rapid deployment and scalability. Digi Power X retains a majority stake in USDC, which plans to capture opportunities in the expanding global AI infrastructure market.
