Digi Power X Inc. (NASDAQ:DGXX) has finalized a contract effective May 15, 2026, for GPU leasing with SubQ AI, amounting to $19.6 million. This contract includes an upfront payment of about $2.95 million, which constitutes 15% of the total deal, with monthly billing terms.
The agreement provides access to NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs with 192 GB HBM3e in Digi Power X's Miami data center. The infrastructure complies with Rated 3 standards and is designed for high-density computing.
The partnership is expected to expand, with plans for SubQ AI to increase GPU usage significantly in the coming quarters. Digi Power X operates energy assets and data center capacity across Alabama, New York, and North Carolina, with around 400 MW of guaranteed energy.
