Digital Core REIT Leases Virginia Data Center to Cloud Provider Under 10-Year Agreement
Digital Core REIT has signed a 10-year lease for a data center in Prince William County, Virginia, with a global cloud service provider, set to begin on December 1, 2026. This agreement is expected to yield approximately $14.8 million in annualized net property income for the REIT. The facility, previously occupied by a Fortune 50 software company, spans 207,000 square feet and offers around 9.6MW of power.

Digital Core REIT has secured a 10-year lease for a data center in Prince William County, Virginia, with an unnamed investment-grade global cloud service provider. The agreement, effective from 1 December 2026, is projected to generate approximately $14.8 million in annualized net property income.
The data center, located at 8217 Linton Hall Road in Bristow, Virginia, has a total area of 207,000 sq ft and offers around 9.6MW of power. Previously occupied by a Fortune 50 software company since 2005, the facility was acquired by Digital Realty in 2017. Digital Core REIT announced last year that the prior tenant would not extend its lease.
