Digital Edge Signs 83MW Renewable PPA with Hexa for AI-Ready Data Center in Navi Mumbai, India
Digital Edge has signed a renewable energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for 83MW with Hexa Climate Solutions in India. This agreement supports the first phase of a 350MW AI-ready hyperscale data center in Navi Mumbai, expected to offset 100,000 tonnes of CO2 annually. Additionally, Digital Edge will implement a recycled water initiative, utilizing 10 million liters per day, aiming for a PUE of 1.25. The project is part of a joint venture with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) and AGP Sustainable Assets.

Digital Edge has signed a renewable energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Hexa Climate Solutions for 83MW of solar energy, supporting the first phase of its 350MW AI-ready hyperscale data center in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This initiative is projected to offset approximately 100,000 tonnes of CO2 annually, starting deliveries in December 2026.
In addition, Digital Edge will deploy an industry-first recycled water initiative, utilizing 10 million liters per day for liquid cooling, targeting a PUE of 1.25. The BOM campus is developed under a joint venture with NIIF and AGP Sustainable Assets, underscoring a commitment to sustainable infrastructure in India.
