Diodes Incorporated launched the API772x RobustISO series of dual-channel digital isolators designed for high-voltage applications in industrial automation, new energy power systems, and data centers. These isolators offer an 8,000V isolation rating and a maximum surge isolation voltage of 12,800V.

They are expected to have an operational lifetime of over 40 years and support data rates up to 100Mbps. The devices operate within a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, consuming 2.1mA per channel at 1Mbps, and feature low propagation delays of 11ns. The API772x series is priced starting from $0.46 in 1,000-piece quantities.
