The Dirac Building will provide approximately 85,000 sq ft of flexible, column-free office space at St John's Innovation Park, Cambridge. This five-storey development aims for BREEAM 'Excellent' and WiredScore Platinum certifications, integrating energy-efficient systems and smart technology.
Hambleton Steel is responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of over 600 tonnes of structural steelwork, crucial for the building's adaptable design. Collaborating with VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd and other partners, the project reaffirms a commitment to commercial innovation and sustainability. The successful completion may attract further investment in the region's tech sector.
