DISA Seeks Small Business Contractors for Tactical Data Link Software Support Through 2030
The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting small businesses to maintain and improve tactical data link software tools through a contract running from September 2026 to September 2030. The tools include the tactical data link configuration management tool and the U.S. message text format web application, currently supported by AccelGov. Proposals should include experience with technologies like JAMA, mySQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-based solutions, as well as familiarity with the National Information Exchange Model.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking small businesses to support two tactical data link software tools. The contract will span from September 2026 to September 2030 and aims to enhance the tactical data link configuration management tool and the U.S. message text format (USMTF) web application.
Current support for these tools is provided by AccelGov, which is set to end later this year. Interested businesses must demonstrate expertise in commercial technologies such as JAMA, mySQL, and Kubernetes, along with cloud-based solutions. The USMTF is also modernizing and transitioning to a National Information Exchange Model.
