Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat, confirmed that administrative services will continue during system maintenance by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The maintenance, conducted by the IT team of the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration, is scheduled for January 7-8, 2026, at the Kalibata Data Center.

Ganjar Gunawan, head of Disdukcapil Kota Bogor, reported that the maintenance includes a comprehensive review of the system services, operating systems, and servers used for the centralized population administration system (SIAK). From January 8, 2026, 18:00 to 05:00 WIB, further checks will be carried out, affecting national population services and potentially causing delays in the issuance of administrative documents. Disdukcapil is actively informing the public about service adjustments during this period.
