DL Invest Group Acquires Platan Park in Warsaw for €1.1 Billion Portfolio Expansion

DL Invest Group has acquired Platan Park Warsaw, rebranded as DL Invest Park Platan, marking a significant commercial real estate transaction in 2025. The property, located at Poleczki Street and the S79 route near Warsaw Chopin Airport, offers over 55,000 sqm of fully leased space with development potential.

The complex includes a Tier III data center operated by Equinix, a self-storage facility, and Small Business Units (SBU). This acquisition supports DL Invest Group's strategy to expand its portfolio, which now exceeds €1.1 billion in total value.
