DL Invest Group to Build $1 Billion Data Center on Former Fiat Factory Site in Bielsko-Biała
DL Invest Group has acquired a 53-hectare site in Bielsko-Biała from Stellantis for €27 million, planning to develop a $1 billion data center in collaboration with Boosteroid. The center will utilize existing infrastructure, including an 82 MW power supply, with a target capacity of 200 MW. It aims to meet ESG standards and provide modern, sustainable spaces. The project is positioned to become a key industrial and technological hub in the region, supporting local job creation and development efforts.

DL Invest Group has finalized the purchase of a 53-hectare industrial complex in Bielsko-Biała from Stellantis for approximately €27 million. Plans have shifted from a logistics zone to constructing one of Poland's largest data centers in partnership with Boosteroid.
The facility will have an initial power supply capability of 82 MW, expanding to 200 MW, making it ideal for energy-intensive operations. The site features existing logistical advantages, including a railway platform and access to express roads.
The investment will total around $1 billion and adhere to strict ESG standards. DL Invest Group aims to foster job growth and plans to utilize existing office infrastructure for research and development. They have also expressed interest in leasing space to the Polish Armaments Group for engine production.
