Dominion Holdings Clarifies Tampakan Project Investment Status
Dominion Holdings, Inc. has not approved any specific investments in the Tampakan copper-gold project despite ongoing considerations. This clarification follows media reports suggesting potential partnerships and mergers involving the project.

Dominion Holdings, Inc. confirmed it is exploring various strategic investments but has not authorized any plans regarding the Tampakan copper-gold project. The Philippine Stock Exchange sought clarification after a report suggested that the Sy family, along with the Consunji and Alcantara groups, might play a more direct role in advancing the stalled project.
The Tampakan project, located in South Cotabato, is noted as one of Southeast Asia's largest undeveloped copper-gold deposits, hindered by regulatory and environmental challenges, including a provincial ban on open-pit mining. The lack of approved plans may delay potential investment actions in this significant resource.
