The City of Dowagiac, Michigan, confirmed that no formal plans have been submitted for the expansion of the local data center by Hyperscale Data, Inc. Mayor Patrick Bakeman stated that the city is waiting for these plans to initiate the review process.

This announcement follows public concerns raised by residents regarding the status of the data center, which have not been addressed in recent city council meetings. Hyperscale had announced its intention to expand in July.
