DREAM Launches Israel's First Sovereign AI Data Center for Government Use
DREAM has opened Israel's first sovereign AI data center near Modi'in, aiming to provide secure AI infrastructure for national agencies. The facility, part of a multi-million dollar investment, focuses on full control over data and model deployment, catering to critical infrastructure needs. Founded by former NSO Group CEO Shalev Hulio, the company aims to meet the demand for sovereign AI solutions, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards while enhancing Israel's AI ecosystem.

DREAM has inaugurated Israel's first sovereign AI data center near Modi'in, targeting government agencies and critical infrastructure operators. This facility represents a significant investment and aims to provide full control over data, model training, and deployment, addressing a market gap for sovereign AI systems.
The center, developed in collaboration with Bynet, features high-performance computing and a fast InfiniBand network for large-scale model training. DREAM, founded in 2023 by Shalev Hulio and others, seeks to deliver end-to-end sovereign AI solutions and support Israel's AI ecosystem, aligning with global trends for secure AI deployment within national borders.
