Dubai Healthcare City Launches Dh1.3 Billion Expansion with PIXEL DHCC and IBN SINA+ Projects
Dubai Healthcare City Authority has initiated construction on two major projects, PIXEL DHCC and IBN SINA+, as part of a Dh1.3 billion expansion plan. Set for completion by November 2027, these developments aim to enhance Dubai's position as a global healthcare investment hub and are aligned with the UAE's Net Zero 2050 strategy.

The Dubai Healthcare City Authority has commenced construction on the PIXEL DHCC and IBN SINA+ projects, representing a Dh1.3 billion expansion initiative. Both projects are scheduled for completion by November 2027 and are part of a strategy to position Dubai as a leading center for healthcare investment and services.
PIXEL DHCC will feature a nine-storey office building with approximately 13,000 square meters of space, designed to meet LEED Platinum standards. IBN SINA+ will be a five-storey medical facility of about 5,800 square meters, enhancing clinical capacity and outpatient services. The developments are set to attract international investment and align with broader economic goals for the emirate.
