Dunkerque announced €1.7 billion in investments and approximately 300 jobs with the arrival of Technip Energies and TEPSA. Technip Energies will develop a sustainable aviation fuel production unit, while TEPSA will establish a liquid bulk import-export terminal.
These projects are expected to increase port traffic by 1 to 1.2 million tons, enhancing Dunkerque's industrial revival after the SRD site closure a decade ago. A new call for a data center or supercomputer project is anticipated in early 2026, continuing Dunkerque's growth and innovation.
