DuPont Secures MBR Technology Contract with United Utilities for Wastewater Treatment
DuPont has been chosen as the preferred supplier of Membrane Bioreactor technology by United Utilities' Enterprise for wastewater treatment. The technology will be implemented at various facilities in North West England, including the largest MBR in Wigan, serving over 437,000 people. This contract is part of a £13 billion investment by United Utilities over the next five years, aimed at enhancing water infrastructure and quality.

DuPont has been selected as the preferred supplier for Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology by United Utilities' Enterprise. The MBR system will be deployed across multiple wastewater treatment facilities in North West England, including Eccles, Salford, and Wigan, where it will serve over 437,000 people.
This contract is part of United Utilities' £13 billion investment over the next five years, which aims to improve water quality and infrastructure. The initiative will enhance over 500 km of water bodies and ensure reliable drinking water supply.
