DXN Secures AU$8.8 Million Contract for Modular Data Center Supply
DXN has been awarded an AU$8.8 million contract to deliver a modular data center for an unnamed US-based neocloud. The project includes a 1.36MW AI HPC solution with advanced features and potential for future expansion.

DXN has secured a contract valued at AU$8.8 million (US$6.29 million) to supply a modular data center to a US-based neocloud. This facility will feature integrated power, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and will support up to 150kW per rack.
Manufacturing is set to begin immediately at DXN's Welshpool, Western Australia site, with commissioning planned within six months at the customer location in the US. The initial deployment is a pilot project, with potential to scale to a contract exceeding US$200 million based on its success. The unnamed customer is likely a publicly listed neocloud, similar to CoreWeave, which filed for an IPO in March 2025, indicating a growing market interest in high-density AI solutions.
