E-Power and Kehui International Form Joint Venture for U.S. Microgrid Focused on AI Data Centers
E-Power Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kehui International Ltd to establish E-Power Grid Inc. USA, a joint venture focused on microgrids for artificial intelligence data centers. E-Power will hold at least a 55% stake and invest $1.5 million for the venture's establishment. Kehui will contribute its Synchronous Constant Frequency Microgrid patents. The joint venture will operate in the U.S. and Canada and aims for $3 million in sales within three years.

E-Power Inc. and Kehui International Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create E-Power Grid Inc. USA, focusing on microgrid solutions for artificial intelligence data centers. E-Power will be the majority shareholder with at least 55% ownership and will invest $1.5 million to initiate the venture.
Kehui will provide its patented microgrid technology and ongoing support. The joint venture will have exclusive rights to the technology in the U.S. and Canada, with sales milestones set at $3 million within the first three years. A joint task force will be formed within 30 days to finalize the venture's registration and capital transfers.
