Ecoflow Unveils DELTA PRO Ultra X Solar Battery at CES 2026, Targeting French Energy Market
Ecoflow launched its DELTA PRO Ultra X solar battery at CES 2026, targeting the French energy market with a modular design that allows for a starting capacity of 12.288 kWh, expandable to 184.32 kWh. The system supports high-demand appliances with continuous 12 kW output and facilitates solar energy storage for evening use, responding to new French regulations that limit profitable electricity sales. Priced at $7,999, the product reflects advancements in battery technology and aims to enhance self-consumption in residential energy storage.

Ecoflow introduced its DELTA PRO Ultra X solar battery at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, designed for residential energy storage. This device can start with a capacity of 12.288 kWh and expand to 184.32 kWh using three inverters and up to 30 stackable batteries.
The battery enables users to store surplus solar energy for evening use, enhancing self-consumption in light of new French regulations that discontinue profitable electricity sales to EDF. Each inverter delivers 12 kW continuously, allowing for the powering of high-demand appliances.
The modular design facilitates easy stacking of batteries without tools. The system supports up to 10 kW of solar input per inverter and features an uninterruptible power supply. The base system starts at $7,999, reflecting the decreasing costs of battery technology, making it a viable investment in France's evolving solar market.
