Edarat Secures Colocation Contract with Banque Saudi Fransi and AI Data Center Contract with MIS
Edarat has secured a colocation services contract from Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), valued at over 5% of BSF's 2025 revenue. BSF's net earnings were 5.353bn SAR (~$1.42bn), indicating a potential contract value of up to $71 million. The contract is expected to be signed on April 10. Additionally, Edarat received a $19.17m contract from Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) for AI data center design and supervision services.

The contract signing is anticipated on April 10. Furthermore, Edarat has been awarded a $19.17m contract by Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) for the design and supervision of an AI data center.
In March 2024, Edarat partnered with Armada to deploy 10 modular Galleon data centers across the Middle East. For the year ending December 31, 2025, Edarat reported a net profit of SAR 36.34 million ($9.6m), an increase of 47%, with revenue rising 84% year-on-year to SAR 192.35m ($51.2m). This growth is attributed to the expansion of Edarat Cloud Infrastructure and increased commercial activity.
