Edgecore Networks Launches World's First 102.4T Open Networking Switches for AI Infrastructure
Edgecore Networks has introduced the AIS1600-64O and AIS800-128O, the first 102.4T data center switches powered by Broadcom's Tomahawk 6 chips. These switches cater to the needs of hyperscale AI/ML clusters, offering high bandwidth and advanced congestion control. The AIS1600 features 64 x 1.6T ports, while the AIS800 includes 128 x 800G ports, both enhancing performance and energy efficiency in next-generation cloud fabrics.

Edgecore Networks has launched the AIS1600-64O and AIS800-128O, the world's first 102.4T data center switches, utilizing Broadcom's 3nm Tomahawk 6 chips to support hyperscale AI/ML environments. The AIS1600-64O features 64 x 1.6T ports, designed for flexible connectivity, while the AIS800-128O has 128 x 800G ports, optimizing network density and reducing latency.
