EIC Selects 40 Transition Projects for Up to €2.5 Million Funding to Bridge Market Gap
The EIC selected 40 transition projects from 611 submissions to receive up to €2.5 million each for technology validation and business development. These projects involve participants from 17 EU Member States and associated countries.
The EIC Transition call supports maturing technologies, helping projects reduce risks and prepare for market entry. Selected projects also receive EIC Business Acceleration Services and can access the EIC fast-track scheme.
Notably, 228 Seals of Excellence were awarded to high-quality proposals not funded due to budget constraints. The BELFORT ASIC project enhances digital security, while OFFSPRING aims to improve IVF success rates.
The EASY project focuses on sustainable ammonia production using renewable energy. The next deadline for applications is 16 September 2026.
