EIP Secures $21.7 Million Data Center Subcontract in Johor
EI Power Berhad (EIP) has secured a Works Subcontract Agreement worth RM 90.1 million ($21.7 million) for a data center project in Johor, Malaysia. The agreement includes a complete Fuel System Package and is scheduled for completion by September 2027, contributing significantly to EIP's unbilled order book.

EI Power Berhad (EIP) has entered a subcontract for a data center project in Johor, Malaysia, valued at RM 90.1 million ($21.7 million). The contract encompasses the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Fuel System Package, with work expected to finalize by September 2027.
This subcontract adds to EIP's unbilled order book, which now totals RM 222.5 million ($53.8 million). Following its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on May 21, 2026, EIP also raised RM 62.2 million ($15 million).
The awarding company, involved in engineering and construction, remains undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements. This contract could enhance EIP's position in the growing data center sector.
