Elda Begins Drinking Water Network Renovation and Urban Redevelopment in Las 300
The city of Elda has commenced infrastructure works to improve the drinking water network and urban areas in the Las 300 neighbourhood, starting on February 12. The project, managed by Veolia and executed by Becsa S.A.U., costs €1,987,560 and aims to enhance water supply and urban amenities over nine months. Improvements will include new public lighting, sidewalks, and the planting of nearly 100 trees.

Elda has initiated works to upgrade the drinking water network and urban infrastructure in the Las 300 neighbourhood, beginning February 12. Managed by Veolia at a cost of €1,987,560 and executed by Becsa S.A.U., the project focuses on El Salvador, Princesa, and Dr.
Marañón streets. The improvements aim to enhance drinking water supply, public lighting, sidewalks, and urban furniture, while nearly 100 new trees will be planted with automatic irrigation. The project will span nine months, divided into three phases to minimize disruption, completing before Christmas.
