Element 1 Corp and Aurosi Precision Sign MOU for Methanol-to-Hydrogen Solutions in Taiwan Data Center Project
Element 1 Corp. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aurosi Precision Co., Ltd. to collaborate on a 5 MW off-grid data center power project in Taiwan. The agreement includes the procurement of Containerized Power Generators and Containerized Hydrogen Generators to supply up to 2 MW of methanol-based PEM fuel cell power. The project aims to utilize cleaner energy solutions and is scheduled to begin by June 30, 2026, with plans to finalize a supply agreement soon.

Element 1 Corp. and Aurosi Precision Co., Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a 5 MW off-grid data center project in Taiwan. Aurosi will procure Element 1's Containerized Power Generators and Containerized Hydrogen Generators to provide 2 MW of methanol-based PEM fuel cell power.
The project is set to commence by June 30, 2026, with an aim to finalize a supply agreement covering technical specifications and service. Element 1 will also offer engineering support during the planning phase. This collaboration targets advancing sustainable energy solutions in Taiwan.
