Element Materials Technology is committing over $20 million to expand its aerospace materials testing capabilities in Charlotte, North Carolina. The investment will enhance stress rupture/creep, tensile, machining, and metallurgical testing, alongside new miniature testing capabilities.
This expansion is designed to meet the increasing demand from aerospace manufacturers and will improve supply chain resilience through regional access to specialized testing services. The facility will facilitate faster turnaround times and support a wider range of testing requirements, ultimately helping customers reduce bottlenecks in their production processes.
