Elemental Group has fully acquired ACC Recycling Services in Romania and plans to invest EUR 20 million in a WEEE recycling plant near Deva. The total project value is EUR 19.84 million, with EUR 8.4 million funded by Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

Elemental Group will contribute EUR 11.44 million. This facility aims to boost Romania's recycling capacity in the WEEE sector and support EU circular economy objectives. The investment aligns with Elemental's strategy to expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
