Elevated Materials, marking its first anniversary, plans to triple its production capacity of ultra-thin lithium metal films by 2026, following a record output of over 100 kilometers delivered to a single customer in 2025. The company, formed from Applied Materials with support from the TPG Rise Climate Fund, aims to meet increasing demand from battery manufacturers for high-quality lithium metal anodes, focusing on achieving gigawatt-hour scale manufacturing.

The company, established from Applied Materials with funding from the TPG Rise Climate Fund, achieved record output in 2025, delivering over 100 kilometers of ultra-thin lithium metal films to one customer among more than 30 global clients.
Elevated Materials produces ELi™, high-quality ultra-thin lithium films, through proprietary roll-to-roll vacuum deposition platforms, enabling next-generation anode solutions for electric vehicles, consumer electronics, aviation, and energy storage. The company aims to meet rising demand from battery manufacturers seeking reliable supplies of lithium metal anodes, with a focus on achieving gigawatt-hour scale manufacturing in 2026.
