Elite Material Acquires Taoyuan Factory for $88 Million to Expand Operations
Elite Material has acquired a Taoyuan factory from Far Eastern New Century for NT$2.78 billion (US$88 million) to boost its production capacity by 500,000 copper-coated boards annually. This expansion aims to meet rising demand from AI servers and data centers, increasing the company's total capacity to 5.85 million boards across new facilities in Taoyuan and China. In the previous year, Elite Material reported a revenue of NT$94.24 billion, marking a 46.39% increase, and a net profit of NT$10.91 billion for the first three quarters, up 57.45% year-on-year.

Elite Material acquired Far Eastern New Century's factory in Taoyuan for NT$2.78 billion (US$88 million) to enhance operations. The 36,000 square meter facility will increase production capacity by 500,000 copper-coated boards annually.
The company aims to reach a total capacity of 5.85 million boards with new factories in Taoyuan and China, driven by demand from AI servers and data centers. Last year, Elite Material achieved NT$94.24 billion in revenue, a 46.39% increase from 2024, and reported NT$10.91 billion net profit for the first three quarters, up 57.45% year-on-year.
